The clutter is cleared – physically AND mentally in my head!

I was nervous about being “exposed” – my laundry room was a mess, and I didn’t want it to reflect who I

am as a person. I love going into my laundry room now, it doesn’t feel so painful to do laundry. Everything has its place.

Sharon’s kindness and her authentic desire to meet my needs made me feel comfortable having her come

into my home to see my mess. I really liked that she was willing to “get down and dirty” with me to

organize this space that could be much more efficient.

Sharon had NO judgment on me based on my messy laundry room. I know that sounds silly, but as

humans we often like to keep our mess private. Sharon saw the potential in the laundry room and

saw how life just happened and it got out of hand. I appreciate that she worked beside me through the

completion of the project.

I ALWAYS wanted to keep my laundry room doors closed. The mess was too big with back packs,

jackets, dirty clothes, household tools, cleaning supplies, etc. Sharon and I took EVERYTHING out

of the laundry room (down to the last nails and screws that I was saving for projects). We organized

everything before it went back in.

It was looking so good that I became motivated the next weekend to paint the laundry room and finish

the trim that wasn’t ever finished during our remodeling season of our home. I don’t worry anymore

about the door to the laundry room being left open, it looks so organized and pretty with little touches that

makes it an attractive little room. I enjoy putting a load of clothes to wash because I am not stepping over

anything to just get in the room. The clutter is cleared – physically AND mentally in my head!
